Do not book this!!! We were rebooked by expedia for the 4th time and when arriving at the location, they cancelled the booking at 8pm. This is after we had been in the cold for hours and had to settle with a Travelodge as we had been deserted by both Expedia and the apartment.

O problema foi que a localização que estava no site da hotéis.com e deles também, não era o endereço do apartamento. Isso causou problemas. Por outro lado, a administração procurou nós deixar a vontade, mas o problema continuou existindo.

Basic but great location.

The apartment (top floor) is slightly shabby. Marks on the walls, no plug in the kitenette sink, taps in the bathroom are loose. The bed has a thin matress. It feels like a 1990's student flat. However, it is clean and everything works. Warm and cosy. The main attraction is location and price. If you don't much care about four star or even three star rooms, you have good self catering accommodation just a stones throw from Victoria station.

Was ok for the cost but wouldn't stay again.

Very basic which is all we needed. But after a very busy day, we struggled to enter our apartments. The front door was ok after the 3rd attempt but the door to the room caused us significant issues as we were given the wrong code. After a 10 minute phone call we were able to get in.

The property was extremely dirty. The fire alarm was beeping all day and night and required a new battery. There was mold in the bathroom. The refrigerator smelled like someone died in it (words from my 12 year old!). The street traffic was loud and motorcycles all night long past 3am. The beds had springs popping in our backs. The windows needed updating to fix this. We would never ever stay here again.

It is not what's on the picture, it is not that adresse you get. It was down in a basement. Not very clean. You couldn't lock the window. Everything was broken. Very cold. I got a very very bad service from Hotel.com while I tried to talk to them about the problems.

Just about OK

For 2 vey busy women the apartment was in a great location Warwick Way not Wilton Road which was fine. The bedroom smelt of illegal substances. There was a second room that was locked which made us felt nervous on calling we found that it was not occupied. We had no hot water the second day so no showers! Spacious for 2 great location and price for central London just needs a facelift.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super von der Station Victoria etteicht man diese in max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Cafes und ein Supermarkt. Man erreicht von der Unterkunft binnen weniger Minuten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider ist die Lage auch das einzige Positive. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir ziemlich unfreundlich empfangen. Der Herr im Büro schien deutlich interessierter an seinem Rechner zu sein, als uns zu empfangen. Die Unterkunft selbst war in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Staubbedeckte Tische, Sofas und Sessel mit hellen Flecken (da kann sich jeder seinen Teil denken) und gerissene Fenster mit losen Griffen. Das Badezimmer wurde in vier Tagen (und davor vermutlich auch nicht) gereinigt. Der Duschhvorhang und das Siliokon an der Wanne waren mit roten Ablagerungen versehen. Dazu kam, das trotzt Nutzung des Badezimmers durch 3 Parteien, nicht einmal der Duschvorleger gewechselt wurde. Möglichkeiten um sein Handtuch aufzuhängen, da man es dort nirgendwo ablegen wollte, waren auch nicht vorhanden. Alles in allem war das Apartment in einem desolaten Zustand. Schade, den gerade im Punkt Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein.

Les photos sur le site ne correspondant absolument pas à la réalité, seul le matelas Du lit était correct tout le reste était vieillot pour ne pas dire détérioré pour certaine partie de l’appartement; L’entrée de l’immeuble est ouvert a tout vent car le système de verrou était cassé, quand on rentre dans ce dernier la moquette est sale et les murs ne sont pas nettoyés un extincteur sans plomb est par terre, enfin cela donne envie de repartir

The room was cheap and therefore it was ok. For one short night it's enough. But woudn't recommend the shared bathroom- room for more than one night if you expect a little comfy or romantic. It's ok for cheap nights in the centre of London. It's quite noisy.

Great little place very close to Victoria Train Station

This little room was priced perfect. We didn't care that it wasn't large or that it had stairs going to it.. I just wish we could have got it again for a return flight because it's just so close 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and so is the bathroom and we didn't have to share a bathroom for that price very happy

Misleading Listing

This apartment quality was acceptable given the price and their service was excellent. However, the description on Hotels.com did not match the actual apartment I stayed in at all (not sure if that is Expedia´s fault or Victoria Apartments), and the location was at least 1 mile away from the location listed on Hotels.com. You all need to merchandise the truth much better.
