Near the Metro but needs renovation.

It had room to sleep 6 with 4 beds which was good for us. The price was very good and everything worked. It was 3 blocks from the metro Brockley station which was excellent and had a grocery store nearby. Unfortunately the apartment was lived in and was cluttered, in need of renovation and cleaning.

We stayed here with six children for almost a week to visit in London. I’m glad we did it. We were looking for an inexpensive place that fit us all, a place that we could also do laundry, and a place to make homemade meals. And this was a good place for us!It does take about 40 minutes by car to get anywhere into the city that would be a tourist attraction, and it takes a little over an hour, usually depending on the attraction, if you go by public transportation.We filled this home to capacity and it was a little bit cramped for the eight of us. However, the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Logement vétuste mais propre, fonctionnel et TRÈS bien situé.Supermarchés et station Brockley (10mn pour rejoindre London bridge) à 5mn à peine à pied.Stationnement du véhicule gratuit dans la rue.Très bonne communication avec l'hôte (très réactif).Je recommande vivement !

Logement en partie insalubre

Le logement est à la limite du correct. Il n'a pas été rénové depuis longtemps et une chambre est insalubre en raison d'infiltrations d'eau qui rendaient les draps humides.

Io, mio marito e nostra n...

Io, mio marito e nostra nipote abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento che, pur non essendo in centro è comodissimo. la stazione di Brockley è vicinissima, con treni frequenti verso London Bridge o Canada Water. Molto comodo specie se si atterra a Gatwick: bastano 45 min. di treno per arrivare, senza passare dal centro di Londra. Pur non essendo nuovissimo l'appartamento era perfettamente pulito e corredato di tutto il necessario, il proprietario, Edem è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Ci sentiamo sicuramente di consigliarlo.
