We found the property to be true to the listing. Beautiful, with high ceilings, and very comfortable and clean. A short walk to public transportation. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it.
This flat in London is nicely furnished with everything included. The kitchen is well stocked. It is a quick walk to Earls Court from where you can get to all the sights. Nice walkable restaurants too!

Bad management, Bugs, and fire alarms.
Property was disappointing. Several small things could be improved. Biggest disappointment was dealing with the property manager. Twice the fire alarm shorted out (1:00am and 3:00am). Fire Brigade came out to check the property. Neighbor let us know the issue had been going on for weeks and the property manager had not dealt with it. No washcloths or facial tissue provided. Bugs were a small annoyance and dead buds were found in the bed sheets. "Welcome" gift for our child was not delivered until the second day. Property managers resolution was a 50 pound discount on a future stay, that they offer all guests. They were unapologetic and said the alarm wasn't their fault. Complete lack of management skills. I will avoid any future stays with properties manages by Under the Doormat.

Complete disappointment with an unreasonable owner and management company
Don't let the pictures fool you. We checked in for what should have been a great 6 night stay and LEFT AFTER THE SECOND NIGHT. The flat was not clean, the place is clearly a rental and is run down (not simply lived in). The bathroom light meant to be flush was hanging from the ceiling. Bug traps (and bugs) were in the bedroom. Carpets and furniture were stained, shades broken - we could go on. We contacted the management company Under The Doormat within the 1st hour of our stay simply to say we were not happy and could we please simply cancel, get our money back and we would find a hotel. They advised they contacted the owner who would not accommodate our request to cancel or even provide some sort of a discount. Instead they had the place cleaned and the light repaired the next day. However, the cleaner wanted to leave ant bait (powder) on the window sill above the bed inches from where my child would sleep. Even with attempt to clean the place up - the place was still a disappointment and we chose to leave. We hoped for simple resolution to make a customer happy - instead the owner (or the management company) chose greed over doing the right thing. Buyer beware.
Lovely location in Chelsea. Double windows made it quiet all day/night. Spacious family room with high ceilings and a desk for working. Bedroom was super comfortable and 1.5 bathrooms. The wifi worked great in the front of the house. This was my 8th vacation rental in London and by far the best experience overall!
