Perfect location, nice outside area. Close to subway, restaurants, and shopping. Had everything we needed. Fresh cut tulips upon our arrival, so lovely.
We enjoyed our stay here. The location to stores, subway, and restaurants was perfect! Our host was very helpful and friendly. Our couches to relax in were very comfortable, showers were nice and the beds were amazing. Our host thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, we would come back here again!

Very easy checkin ! Host was friendly and helpful with what ever we needed. Location was close to tube station which made it easy to get to All the locations we wanted to go. Residential neighborhood which was quiet. There were some local restaurants near by and some shopping near the tube station.
The size of the flat was much larger than pictures show. The flat was very comfortable and cozy. Very clean! Close to The Tube and stores. Lots of close by shopping if needed and great restaurants. I would book this flat again. My family was very pleased with the flat.
Pictures and the map location don't do this property justice. It is perfectly clean, nicely decorated, full of amenities, spacious, and extremely comfortable. My son and I stayed here while exploring London to celebrate his graduation from medical school. The flat could easily accommodate four or more. The patio and gardens outside the back door were very enjoyable.Once we got the hang of the nearby bus station and subway, commuting around London was a breeze. The neighborhood has some quaint pubs and if that wasn't enough, Kennsington and Notting Hill were very close.This is a great property. Thank you to Georgia for hosting us!
Everything was so comfortable in this flat! Way bigger than expected and close to the tube and many grocery stores and restaurants. Only thing we wished was there to make the experience better was a streaming device like a Roku instead of just the basic tv options. But that is such a small thing and did not ruin our experience at all! Perfect place for getting around central london! Highly recommend!

We had very pretty yard/garden. It was a little too chilly to sit out there while we were there but it was still so nice to look at. Very pretty and well kept.
The neighborhood was very nice and it was only about a five minute walk to the underground so it was very easy to get around. The mall was nearby too which was great. Some great restaurants nearby as well.
We would definitely recommend this property and we would stay there again next time we visit London!
This basement apartment was spacious, clean, and well organized. The beds were large and comfortable, with multiple pillows. There was a bathroom with a shower option, as well as a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It is located near a modern shopping mall, and fascinating Shepards Bush Market, as well as many restaurants. The location is convenient to catch buses, and the Tube. The hostess is friendly and accommodating. The only small detail to keep in mind, is that the outside steps down to the apartment might be challenging to seniors with balance, or mobility issues, or those who still travel with very large suitcases.
We enjoyed our stay. Things to be aware of. If you have mobility issues, be warned that it is a pretty steep stairway down to the front door. Once in the door, there are no issues. We would have loved to spend more time in the back garden, a nice area to relax, but we had too much rain to enjoy it to its fullest. We enjoyed the big fluffy towels and the coffee that was already in the apartment. The milk in the fridge was very welcome. The beds were a bit firmer than we are used to, but we find that an issue most everywhere we travel. Overall, we felt it was a great value for the location and would definitely stay there again.
Georgia is a very responsive and accommodating host. The flat actually felt bigger in person than it looked in the pictures! It was very clean and comfortable and the hair dryer and iron came in handy. Easy walk to the tube station at Shepherd’s Bush which made it super convenient to get into Central London to see the sights. Felt like a more realistic London experience versus just staying in a hotel downtown. The only thing some people might not like is that you can hear the people above you moving around sometimes (typical city living). It was not bothersome or very loud, but I know some people can be particular and I want to leave an honest review for others considering booking. I, however, highly recommend this lovely location!

Same time next year!
We traveled to London as a group of four and were delighted to have received such thorough directions on how to access and enter the home. Upon entering we immediately noticed the detailed guidebook, fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, milk, and complimentary water. To our surprise, they also provided several converter outlets, which was both a pleasant and thoughtful surprise!
The beds are comfy, both the heat and hot water were much appreciated, the neighborhood is quiet, it’s a four minute walk to the nearest train station, which offers both over and underground rail services, there’s a local mall close to the apartment and Westfield mall next to the tram.
This was a great location for our first trip to London and the location is not as far out as I originally expected; which was another pleasant surprise. We’ve made incredible memories thanks to the safety, security, and hospitality provided and we look forward to returning again!
Everything was as shown in the photos - clean, quaint and bright. The location was close to a train station, a market and a restaurant/pub in one area, and it was a short walk to several other neighborhoods. Our host left a booklet with lots of information on places to visit and suggestions for day trips, as well as locations of grocery stores, restaurants, information on theaters, symphonies, bus tour companies & boat tours.
The flat itself is a basement flat, but it was nice & bright with lots of windows and an outdoor garden area. The bedrooms were comfortable & the bathrooms were clean and had soap shampoo/conditioner. The flat had a galley kitchen with all kinds of matching dishes, lots of cookware/pots & pans, etc., and lots of nice heavy cutlery.
This neighborhood has basement flats for all the buildings, but please note that the steps going down to the flat are quite steep and narrow.
All in all, the flat was delightful and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Georgia!

Our family of 3 enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and located just a short walk to the Shepard's Bush tube station. It was also near the Westfield mall. It was nicer than it appeared in the photos online. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and the host provided lots of local information which was helpful. Would definitely recommend this property!

Like the listing says, it's on a quiet street within a 5-minute walk from an Underground station, shopping, groceries, sundries and restaurants.The directions and check in process could not have been easier, and the listing accurately describes the property. There were plenty of dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils, and a solid set of appliances that worked well. The flat itself was spotlessly clean.The property manager couldn't have been more helpful, responding to updates and questions from us within minutes via the VRBO app.A simple checklist for concluding our stay was crystal clear. Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat! Clean and niceely decorated. Beautiful garden area, but no lights to go out in the evening. Washer, but dryer didnt work. The description only said washer, but I just assumed there would be a dryer. The only problem for us was it was quite far from where we spent most of our time seeing sights. That was my fault because I didn't research the location, as I should have, before choising. It was a lovely neighborhood in "Shephards Bush." We took Uber's everywhere,because we didnt feel confident we knew the transportation system, and we, usually on a time limit. The ownervwas very responsive to any questions we had.
On all counts... Nicely furnished, well outfitted for this amateur chefs evenings of cooking in, conveniently located for access to shopping and the tube system, a perfect hub for our three week exploration of all London has to offer. Very comfortable-hoping to return here in the future to continue our fascination with the city.
