This flat (#4) was very uncomfortable. Loud bathroom fan woke up the other person, the settee was incredibly uncomfortable, we ask for a second key (as it was two of us) and were refused, but also had to leave key out for the cleaners. One wonders why they have not extra keys, and why they can’t make more copies!? Also there was some black stains (mildew?) on the bathroom floor, one of the lights by the bed did not work, and they have mice ( I spotted one our last morning). The location is great, but this place was not comfortable and we expected much more at this price point.
