Beautiful, large, one bedroom, fully furnished, second floor apartment with free parking and balcony and elevator for rent in Kew, Richmond, London. Kew is located in Southwest London and is one of the most beautiful areas of London.
Ideal for anyone doing research in Kew National Archives or a corporate let or a holiday let.
The property is located a one minute walk from the Thames River pathway, where you can enjoy river walks and 10 minute walk to Kew Gardens village, The Kew National Archives 7 minute walk,
London Underground and the Kew Botanical Gardens.
Marks and Spencer shop a 1 minute walk away.
Central London 20 minutes away by metro,
Wimbledon Tennis 8 miles Heathrow airport 20 mins by car
Bright, spacious with high ceilings one bedroom, second floor apartment . The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating throughout and a luxury Italian tiled bathroom.
Fast Sky Broadband WiFi, Futon sofa bed in the lounge, two Smart TVs , Air Conditioner (portable), King-size Hypnos bed, Lavazza coffee machine, Netflix+Sky Atlantic tv free.
Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down duvet and cotton towels all provided.
My property is set up for guests only and has no personal items.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before every new guest. All cushion covers, bed linen, towels etc. are professionally washed and ironed before each guest's stay.
No gas happily in apartment or in entire building, strictly no pet and no smoking policy.
Please note check-in is from 15H and checkout is before 10am.
Please all guests must read my House Manual inside the property for all questions you have during your stay and for health+safety reasons.
Please note there is no left luggage facility at my property.
There is an onsite leisure club that guests strictly DO NOT have access to.
