The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout is 11am when the cleaners arrive. Put dirty towels in the bath. Put the trash out including ALL UNEATEN FOOD IN THE FRIDGE and cupboards pop the dishwasher on and leave the place clean
PUT KEYS BACK IN LOCKBOX, 7126 & the other set of keys back in the draw, (if you used them). Turn the lights off, thermostat down to 15, CLOSE WINDOWS & LOCK them! Close front door behind you.

No shoes in the apartment as it has brand new cream carpets and beautiful wood floors (no high heels). Please be careful with dirty suitcase wheels:)
keep the noise down after 12pm and be respectful to the neighbours - they are all very nice and most of them are owner occupiers thanks

Cute place, Nicely Appointed

Our family absolutely loved staying here. The flat was gorgeous, and the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice, too: on a fairly quiet street, but walkable to the tube and restaurants and grocery. We would definitely stay here again.

Mom (50's) and daughter (teens) stayed 5 nights at the flat. The tube is very convenient as are delivery services. Having a kitchen was handy for any take away meals. Felt very safe I would recommend to anyone looking to be a bit away from the hustle of zone 1.

Lovely London flat

My friends and I visited London and found this place the perfect jumping off point for all the different things we wanted to do in London as the tube is 5 min away and the bus stops even closer! It’s super well located while also being in a quiet and safe are and the flat itself is lovely and clean!

A Nice Place to Call Home While Visiting London

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was updated, clean, and comfortable. The location has an underground station, restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store a short walk away and getting into Central London was a breeze. quiet neighborhood retreat

Beautiful flat on a quiet street in a lively area. Not far from Jubilee line and easy access to various areas of the city. Simon was very easy to work with and we very much enjoyed our stay! 2nd bedroom was quite small with no closet, and fans for the bedrooms would have been helpful, but generally an aweaome place!

The property is bright, spacious and has all amenities at hand. The furnishings are of a very high standard and quality.
