A spacious self-contained Studio Apartment located on the Top Floor of a 3 floor period building (but no elevator).

The property sits right at the centre of London’s famous West End. Being only 800m from the famous Centre Point. Which makes this large Studio Apartment an absolutely perfect base - from which you can explore many of London’s famous attractions.

The British Museum, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben & The Houses of Parliament. Or Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, Camden, Soho, Marylebone, & London’s Theatre District. Plus much, much, more…!) all lie within a comfortable walking distance of the property.

Moreover you will also benefit from a choice of two Underground Stations (Goodge Street & Tottenham Court Road) within 2/3 mins & 6/7 mins walk respectively. There are also a number of alternative bus routes nearby. While Mainline Stations (Kings Cross International/ St Pancras) are also 15 mins walking distance. Or approx £10-12 door to door - in one of London’s world famous Black Taxi’s!

Location location location!

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The location was unmatched, this is the place you want to be! Tons of shops, pubs, and eateries nearby. Major attractions within walkable distance or short tube ride. The owners were super accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The apartment was also spotless, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! We will definitely book here anytime we visit London in the future.

Lovely unit. Clean, chic and comfortable. It is on a busy street and the entrance door is between a mini mart and electronics store. We were wary going in as the street is not so nice and the entrance and stairs are messy and littered with supplies and boxes. BUT as you climb the stairs to the unit, it gets better. The unit itself is very nice. While the street it's on seems iffy, walk one short block on either side and the neighborhoods are lovely and full of shops, restaurants, green space and the British Museum. Easy to get to the underground. Lots of stairs so not good if you have many (or heavy) bags or have problems walking stairs.

Great place, great location

Scott and Mariya are great hosts - friendly, and really kind. The apartment is wonderful - it's in a great location, with multiple Underground stops less than a 10 minute walk away, and the place is so centrally located that many great attractions are walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again when in London.

Fantastic place!

In addition to being adorable, this place offers easy access to all the main attractions in London. Scott and Mariya are lovely and easy to work with. There was fresh fruit, bottled water, milk and orange juice waiting for us when we arrived ♥️ We would definitely stay here again.

Quick overnight stay

Came to London from up North for an event in Leicester Square. Prefer flats vs hotels and this penthouse ticked all the boxes. Great location for my stay, host was very accommodating and helpful. Flat was decent size with good facilities and comfortable bed. I slept great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an extremely convenient location both for taking the underground or walking to numerous attractions. It was so easy to get to the property from Heathrow. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Great for relaxing after a day of touring. The area was lively and busy.
