My family of 5 had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for us all. The balcony was perfect for people watching. The neighborhood was vibrant and loud but that was the vibe we were going for so we were very happy. Our host Isaac was extremely helpful and very easy to contact. The air conditioning was great- very powerful in the extreme heat. If we return to London we will definitely return to this apartment.

The flat is fabulous- very clean and exactly as pictured. Our stay was during an intense heat wave, so the air conditioning was a fantastic bonus that I hadn’t thought to factor into my search. It was also really helpful to have a washing machine! The flat is smack in the middle of Soho - you can see Compton Street from the plentiful windows. It is Soho, so you may want to pack a pair of earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The elevator was out of service while we were there, so if this is necessary for you, I would double check the status. Communication was easy and very responsive.
