A beautiful 2 bed flat boasts neutral interiors, wooden flooring and a retro Private Balcony. It offers a sleek kitchen, with a well proportioned reception and modern bathrooms. Set in a highly sought after location.
Westbourne Park is the closest station to the property, just a 4-minute walk away. This connects you to the Circle or Hammersmith. The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly, just a 2-minute walk from the famous Portobello Road and its markets!
There are 2 double size bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. The place can comfortably accommodate 4 adults, making it ideal for families, friends and groups.
In the living area there is a sofa bed which can accommodate one more people on occasion.


Other details to note

- The service supplement for check-in before 3pm and after 8pm, subject to availability, is £65, to be paid in advance at the time of booking confirmation.
- The service supplement for check-out between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm, is £65, available only if there are no check-outs on the same day.

- In case there are particular needs to stay in the apartment beyond the times indicated above, please add another night at the time of booking.

-The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without lift

- Only one set of keys will be provided.

- At the beginning of the stay we will provide you with everything you need.

- Additional toilet paper, kitchen rolls or coffee pods will be charged to the guest.

- Each additional change (sheets and towels) is subject to payment. The service costs £30 per set.

If keys are lost or forgotten in the apartment, a re-keying fee will be charged, which can range from £ 60 during the day to £120 at night. Additionally, if a specialist needs to be called in, the cost of the specialist's invoice will also be charged.

- There is a charge for a cleaning service during your stay.

- A travel cot is available for an additional charge of £70.

- Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. The maximum number of guests is 6. Please ensure these rules are adhered to, otherwise bookings may be cancelled without refund.

Good location and price for where we wanted to stay in London. Close to tube for transportation needs. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely stay in Nottingham

Condo located in a lovely area safe for walking to nearby restaurants, grocery & shops. It was very accommodating with 2 bedrooms & couch in living room able to fold out to a bed (we did not need). Mattresses very comfortable. Very clean. Kitchenette well stocked dishes, cookware & utensils for any meal prep. 2 baths accommodating & plenty of hot water! Recommended to host it would be nice to have an extra power strip in master bedroom, change front door lock it’s very hard to turn key & tumbler. Painted flooring with multiple scratches & chips but not unsafe. Host & team very efficient & timely with questions. We would stay again in future!

Overall it was okay. The location was excellent. The one thing that gave it a lower rating was the one bed that my husband and I shared still had dirty linen on it so we washed them and remade the bed. The other bed had clean sheets on it. Our room was very small no room for our luggage.

Overall, excellent location and convenient to the tube. The property management company was easy to work with. The flat was comfortable and had great amenities. It was also a bit worn down and some areas were not as clean as we would hope (some mildew in the shower, etc.). In the summer, it could also use a few more fans. There was 1 standing fan for the flat, but the bedrooms didn’t get much airflow, even with windows open. Overall our stay was comfortable for the few days we were there.

Think property is in a great location. Close to the train station and Portobella Road shops. We just felt the place could have been cleaner with sticky floors in places. Some dishes we didn't use because they weren't clean. A fish slice in the kitchen would be useful. Furniture was very outdated and we had to fix the slats on the bed before we could sleep as they had fallen down in the middle.

The property is in a good location but wardrobe door broken, no rubber on shower door so did not close, knob on kitchen switch loose, cleaning product smell very pungent If you have mobility issues not ideal as 28 steps up

Good location situated near Portobello Road. Flat had good amenities and was clean. WIFI and appliances all worked. Checkout procedures were placed on Dropbox but we could not gain access to them. Recommend sending these upon checkin or provide a folder in the flat.
