Perfect accommodations

The apartments were close the Liverpool St. tube stop and very easy to find. Check in was a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect. All of the amenities we needed were included and the place was immaculate. It was located in a safe, clean area. There was some noise outside from people walking through the streets at night, but this can be expected in any big city and we did not find it bothersome at all. We will definitely be staying here again the future.

Lovely flat but few kinks need addressing

I had received wrong codes for the main door and the safe to get the keys but did get through to someone who gave me the right ones. There was an issue with the hot water as it ran out while having a shower but considering it was so hot it was tolerable. Otherwise the flat is amazing, but stiflingly hot cos the windows dont fully open and french doors are permanently locked.

LAX apartments are amazing!

They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom when I asked for a cot. Service was spot on. Highly recommend them.

Situé près de 3 métros (underground) et tout près d'un dépanneur. Ne pas hésiter si vous cherchez un endroit avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain et une cuisinette. Tout peut être visité à partir de cet endroit. Tower of London, Tower Bridge à pied (20 minutes) et tous les autres attractions ou endroit à visiter en métro, accessible rapidement.

Stay away!

I had booked a room at one of their properties near my office (BishopsGate). When I got there, there was no reception and I could't even get in. The number on the hotels.com confirmation email didn't work. I finally was able to get a hold of someone and they had cancelled my reservation because of plumbing issues in the room but neglected to tell me about it. They gave me another room which was 30 minutes away but I was so disappointed by the lack of good service and preparation.

Great apartment, great location.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Very clean, lots of light, modern, and comfortable. Little grocery store very close by and so many restaurants and pubs as well. Liverpool St. Tube Station less than a quarter mile. Really a great neighborhood. Master bedroom shower had some issues when we arrived but once we alerted manage this was fixed straightaway. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking there again. Met all of our needs.
