Unauthorised Stays: Please be aware that any early arrival or late departure that has not been agreed upon in advance will be charged at the rate of an additional night's stay.
Infant Amenities: A travel cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a fee. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice. For safety, the travel cot is supplied with its standard thin base mattress; we do not provide additional padding or baby bedding, in line with Lullaby Trust guidance.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
