Walk to Kings Cross, the British Library, the British Museum, Paris (St Pancras Station). Our flat is centrally located within the congestion zone in a designated ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) neighbourhood of quiet leafy streets, surrounded by great restaurants, shops and coffee shops. Chapel Market is just north, selling fresh fruit and veg, clothes and other bric-a-brac--ending on Essex Road where there are 3 supermarkets plus a Marks & Spencer's 7 Mins walk from Angel station ( Northern line - 1 stop from Kings Cross), and Exmouth Market is 4 mins walk further south.
In the Amwell triangle, one of the coolest parts of London, ours is a genuine Georgian house (Grade II listed building) - which holds two-story modernized flat with great character furnished in mid-century modern “antiques.” Nearby transportation will take you all over town.
On the first floor, there are tall windows and balconettes in the lounge, which give an outside feel to this ultra-central city flat. The kitchen is a separate room from the lounge and is fully equipped for your comfort. On the top floor, is an unusually large master bedroom and a compact second bedroom with a trundle bed which has the flexibility of being a single, twin, or double room. There is a new modern bathroom on the sunny top half-floor.
