LOCATION - You will be right in the heart of zone 1. The apartment is situated in a beautiful tree lined Regency terrace in the heart of London's most exclusive Knightsbridge area with London's premier attractions only a short distance away. The world famous Harrods department store is just few steps away and Harvey Nichols leads onto the renowned Sloane Street where you will find all the world famous boutiques.
For culture and entertainment the Victoria & Albert, Science and Natural History Museum are just five minutes walk away. Beauchamp Place is just around the corner with its fabulous choice of restaurants and boutiques. Hyde park and Buckingham Palace are also within walking distance.

THE SPACE - I am an interior designer and have had great fun completely renovating this spacious (105 sq m) apartment. With regards to the design, we have tried to give the apartment as much personality as possible whilst appealing to a broad range of tastes. The design is bright and breezy, clean and uncluttered. It's eclectic, modern and Midcentury. I used to have an art gallery - so there are also plenty of interesting art works on display to capture your interest.

But it's not all about style, comfort is also key for our guests. So in the spacious living room there is a large comfy sofa in the lounge for guests to use - where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies.

Top tip: try out the magnificent food halls in Harrods (steps away) - you will be sure to take home some edible goodies from here!

If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it including oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and even a Nespresso coffee machine (a huge Nespresso boutique is just on your doorstep!).

We provide all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning! And so you don't need to rush out to the shops after a long journey, we provide you with a welcome pack of essential snacks. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!

There are two bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed (mattress size is W2m x L1.8m) and a stylish private conservatory space for enjoying tea, reading or dressing.

The second bedroom has a double bed (mattress size is W1.4m x L1.9m) and is located at the back of the flat with a luxurious walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are uniquely designed so you get a feeling of luxury staying here.

Block-out curtains and blinds ensure you don't get woken up too early by the light. There is also plenty of storage space for guests to store all their belongings. Guests using the rear bedroom may use the wardrobe in the hall.

The property also benefits from 2 ensuite bathrooms. Both bathrooms are bright and contemporary in style and one has a bath (which really is a real treat in central London!) and another a walk-in shower. The bathrooms will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London.

Guest access
The apartment has its own private entrance. The apartment is on the lower ground floor. Whilst I can definitely say that this is not your typical basement apartment as the rooms are so spacious and bright, there are a few outdoor stairs down to the apartment which may make it unsuitable for people with mobility issues.

The apartment is cleaned professionally with fresh luxury linens, it's prepared for each new visitor. Two sets of towels (one large and one small) per person provided as well as bed linen. On request for a separate fee we are happy to stock up fridge prior arrival or arrange mid-stay cleaning and change of bed linen and towels. Please request at time of booking.

Facilities include a washing machine, dryer, an iron and ironing board - so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings!

There is free super fast WIFI internet access in the apartment.

TV and Entertainment - there are two Smart TVs in the flat (drawing room and master bedroom) with a variety of film, sport, entertainment and news channels. In addition the Smart TV service provides a variety of channels that are available to view via the internet (app section). You are more than welcome to log in to your Netflix, Amazon etc accounts. But please don't forget to log out on your departure.

Please remember to bring comfortable slippers or thick socks to wear in the apartment as there is a no shoes policy in the flat.

The apartment is set within a historic building so please be mindful of neighbours. Please do not play loud music and generally keep noise levels down as these old buildings don't have great sound insulation.

There is paid street parking and several car parks are nearby.

House Rules:
- No under 25s without adult supervision.
- Please take your shoes off - no high heals/stilettos on wooden floors.
- Government ID verification required for all bookings and copies of all guests passports will be taken at check in.
- Please take care with oils and red wine.
- Please respect the maximum occupancy of 4 people. Should more than 4 people turn up, we will unfortunately be unable to honour your booking.
- Please respect my home as if it were your own, and report any damage/breakages back to us. We will need to charge for any damages caused.
- All guests must agree to our House Rules and terms and conditions.

The closest tube station is Knightsbridge which is less than 2 minute walk away from the apartment. This is on the Piccadilly line. This means that on these lines you can get directly to famous London sights such as Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Buckingham Palace (get off at Green Park tube station to get here!) Travellers coming from far and wide will also be pleased to know that you can hop on the Piccadilly line straight to Kings Cross St Pancras station - for national and international trains, and hop on in the other direction and you arrive directly to Heathrow terminals 2, 3, 4 & 5. This is London’s busiest airport and living here means you are so conveniently located to it. Make the most of that extra time by shopping, sightseeing or sleeping!! There are also plenty of buses in the area, which are a great way of traveling if you like to have a peek at your surroundings as you travel.

Top tip: download the Citymapper app. This free app will plan your journey for you efficiently and quickly. It gives you a variety of different transport options such as bike, rail, tube and Uber taxi. It will also take you step by step through your journey as you travel and notify you when you are nearing your destination.

Perfect Location to Enjoy Knightsbridge
The property is perfectly located very near Harrods thus close to great restaurants and museums. We were greeted by the manager/owner who showed us how everything worked ie TVs, kitchen, lighting etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern although narrow. The master bedroom is special as it comes with a greenhouse sitting room. It also has a great mirrored makeup alcove for the ladies. The second bedroom while also having an en-suite bathroom is really only suitable for a child as it is much smaller than the master. Another couple could stay there but you could lose a friend unless they were made aware of the difference in accommodation. The fat has a very convenient washer and dryer in the hallway that we used often. The only slight criticism is that the flat was below street level and thus lacks access to daylight and has few windows for fresh air. The sitting area in the master suite has a motorized window in the glass roof however for air. We stayed 10 days and after the first week this situation became noticeable although we we were out and about a lot. All in all we would return and recommend the flat to friends. A final note that the owner/manager was very responsive/thoughtful and friendly.

Excellent location - great for walking, easy tube access, Harrods 3 minutes away!
Excellent - well cared for and modern. Vlad could not have been nicer or more helpful. I would definitely rent again, it suited our needs very well. I would say that if you are traveling with elderly people (we were not) that the steps to the flat could pose a little challenge. My mother-in-law travels with us sometimes and know she would LOVE the decor of the flat, it is beautiful, but because of her age, the steps would not work for her.
