Steps to the Heath - Spacious two-floor apartment with garden
A beautiful and very spacious Victorian sun-filled home. 5 minutes' walk to Hampstead Heath with its Lido and natural swimming ponds and Kenwood House. A fantastic retreat for a family or couple whether on holiday or working. Exceptionally high ceilings in the open plan kitchen/dining room and sitting room upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and its a short walk to delicious local cafes, restaurants, butcher, fishmonger and grocery stores. There are 4 bedrooms - a large master bedroom and two smaller children's bedrooms, and a further double bedroom leading out onto a private south-facing garden full of flowers (roses, wisteria and grape vine) with a courtyard with table and BBQ. There is a main bathroom and separate shower in the utility room. The house is central and makes getting around London easy: four minutes' walk from the Northern Line tube, then a 20 min ride to Oxford Street or 10 mins to Kings Cross. The Overground is also a short walk away and takes you directly to Shoreditch or Kew Gardens, with everything in between, depending on your mood! Very fast wifi and there is a printer; any of the rooms can be used as an office/studio space. TV with Apple TV, BT, BT Sport, and DVD player, plus a projector to watch movies. There are two wood-burning stoves for cozy rainy London days and there are french doors on to the garden and kitchen balcony for the more balmy summer ones. A clean and well cared for home full of original features and character.
