The Space:
Welcome to this stylish 100 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Newman Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip DeLonghi coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has central heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

This place was nice and the location was excellent. It's super central and right next to the train line. But the apartment was a little run down. Lots of the lights didn't work or flickered/ dimmed randomely, most of the doors don't close properly. Contacting the owner or vrbo is essentially impossible, the number they gave us for the owner doesn't work. This is also not a fully step free property, there is an elevator but there are four steep steps leading up to the foyer door from the street, which were very difficult with a pram and suitcases.
Spacious clean and tastefully decorated flat in Central London. Modern but warm and cozy space. Heating worked perfectly. It was a pleasure to come back cook a meal and relax after the days activities. Did not meet the hosts but communication was quick and hosts were responsive.

Un des points forts était son emplacement privilégié—à seulement 15 minutes à pied de Covent Garden, ce qui le rendait très pratique pour profiter des boutiques, restaurants et théâtres animés à proximité. Avec un accès facile au métro et à distance de marche de nombreuses attractions principales, se déplacer dans la ville était un jeu d'enfant. Le processus d'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans encombre avec des instructions claires, et l'hôte était extrêmement sympathique et toujours disponible pour aider en cas de besoin.
