Easy access with lockbox and good pictures of where to go. Management company were very communicative and location on Hildreth St was great. You can hear the underground rumbling underneath, so if you are sensitive to noise you should take earplugs. Check out was less good: the instructions said to put the keys back in the lock box but apparently the cleaners didn’t know that, so in the afternoon they sent 7 messages over the course of an hour demanding to know where the keys were. I had to send the photos I had taken to show that the keys were twice before I eventually got a ‘whoops never mind we found them message’ so that was a stressful hour and disappointing end to the rental.
