The Space:

Fourth floor, four flights of stairs, no lift. The apartment sits above a bar, so occasional music may be audible until 1am.

A deep grey corner sofa that converts to a sofa bed, warm orange velvet accents, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a round dining table for four. Some of the city's best eating is on the doorstep: Charlotte Street's restaurants, Berners Tavern, and the cafés of Foley Street, with Soho's bars and Michelin-starred kitchens minutes away. Oxford Street, Regent Street, and Carnaby are all a short walk, and the BT Tower watches over it all.



The British Museum, Fitzroy Square Gardens, and the West End theatres are easily reached on foot. One of the few central neighbourhoods where most guests barely touch the tube.
