The space is fully equipped for short and longer stays and comes with all domestic appliances. it is fitted with highest quality materials. The apartment is located within a safe and secure London Victorian terrace building. Recording cctv cameras are outside of the listing monitoring the exterior and communal hallway and staircase of the building.
The space This is a modern and contemporary designed unique space on a quiet no-through road, close to cafes, shops and the best transport hub in London.
The unit is situated on the lower ground floor in a traditional London Victorian building and is accessed from the house common hallway via private staircase as per photos.
The accommodation boasts a large luxury Calacatta marble en-suite bathroom with a huge shower bath tub . The bedroom is set to the back of the house and is very quiet with no adjoining neighbours on any side walls or above ceiling. If you close the bedroom window and door it is silent. The lounge / kitchen has adjoining units above and to the side and is less quiet than the bedroom and in the kitchen area you may hear foot steps occasionally from the above unit as is the case with most London Victorian houses.
The accommodation is approx. 30msq in internal size.
All appliances are provided in the apartment including washer dryer, fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and kitchenware.
