"There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) but we were only provided with TWO (2) towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, etc… The hotel was understaffed. Took 20 minutes to reach the reception! ALL of this should have been dealt with PRIOR to check-in."

Room was cramped but this was expected and really all I needed. I even got upgraded; my room had a window when I booked a windowless room."

"The bed was comfortable and the room very quiet. Very convenient to the terminals 2 and 3. Stress-free morning departure after a good night's rest. Internet was a little lagging every now and then, but no major issue. Would stay again!"
