"Exceptional property. They actually had protein and fiber, and other items that were not completely processed sugar. They did, however, still have plenty of sugary processed breakfast items as well. Even if was boiled eggs, inexpensive fruit, and plain oatmeal, it's nice to have a healthier option to start the day.
The clubhouse was cute and cozy, and had a pool table and a newer PlayStation--I think, as anything beyond PS2 is new to me. There were also a few other games as well.
The property felt spaceous with a few outdoor activities, and space to stretch out of you need a little space to cut the grass. The property was also conveniently located with a Walmart across the street and the main strip a short walk down the road. Dispensary and a late night Denny's across the street as well.
The room has all the basic amenities, and decent ones at that. The towels were quality, and the short head was great for a warm soak after a cold day, though make sure you have the temperature adjusted before entering.
Maybe I am at that age but I loved the retro feel of the place. I am big fan of old-fashioned motels and inn where you can pull the car right up to your room to unload. The nostalgia added not only to the ambiance, but also to the overall vibe of the property.
A great spot for small group, couple or solo adventurers like myself. Oh, and a load of laundry was only $2.50, and my two full loads which included a blanket and jeans came out completely dry! Staff was great! "

"Mark is a perfect host—always clear, helpful, and incredibly supportive. We were in the area for work, and the team who stayed with him had a wonderful experience. Thank you, Mark! Until next time. "
"Fantastic Stay! This hotel is surprisingly nice for such a small town! The rooms were very clean, the beds extra comfortable and the breakfast delicious! An incredible value!"
Beautiful home only 15 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park!

"This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice."
In the Aspens of peace and tranquility in Southwest Colorado!

"We were a party of ten adults traveling to the area for hiking and fishing activities. This was an excellent property far from the city life. Lots of deer and other wildlife. Easy access to Groundhog Lake for fishing and extensive hiking opportunities. We enjoyed our stay!"
