"Great place to stay. Easy accessibility. Very close to stores an restaurants. First time visiting Arizona. Loved the house and pool area so much we only went sight seeing one day and the rest of the time hung out in the pool area and played games at the house. Most restaurants and shopping that we did was within 20 minutes are so. House very well supplied and no issues with anything. Will definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Arizona. Host was always quick to respond with questions."

"I was worried with some of the reviews. Bogus. Room is clean, staff was great, location is great. Since I was worried about the thin walls and floors I requested top floor. Was told to call the morning of for that request. I called this morning and Caitlyn locked me into the top floor. I expressed concerns of possible pet smell or fleas as we were tore up one time in a hotel in yuma. She said she'd double check but was pretty sure no recent pets in this room. That was great customer service. When we arrived at 5pm we got our top room and it was great. Clean n no smell. We then had trouble with the wifi. Went down to front desk and talked with Alyssa. She was also great. Very friendly, and polite. Explained what I needed to do and if any problems to let her know. We still had problems. After being on hold for 20 minutes I hung up and contacted Alyssa again. She said she would get in touch with tech support. 20 minutes later she called me and said tech support would call me and at the same time they did. Tech support heard the issues and within 5 minutes had them solved. I went down to ask Alyssa for thier names so I wouldn't mess up on spelling. We talked for a bit, she explained a couple of the bad reviews like that pallet bs and some others. I can say this we will be back to stay here again multiple times to visit our granddaughter in college. "

"If I could give 6 stars I would. We had a wonderful time here with kids and grand kids. Everything was well thought out. They had everything available to play all the outdoor activities, which was very nice. Lots of places have things to do but missing the paddles, or balls, or clubs. Not this place, they had plenty of everything to play all the games and activities. It was very clean. Very clear instructions for everything. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It's in a very nice neighborhood. We also appreciated that it was 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway airport. We didn't have any problems or complaints. We will stay there next year.John & Cindy. "Good communication with the host. Saw earlier comments about the driveway but we had no problems with our F250 HD truck. Bed was comfortable and everthing was in order. Very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again. "

"Ashley is a great host. The small farm was awesome with the 2 KuneKune pigs & even her silky rooster was fun as he came to great us as we were putting our luggage in the RV. The RV was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We did have to purchase a small folding stool so my wife could get into bed as she is short & has MS. I would give this 5 stars!!
