"This place is always extremely accommodating whenever I’ve had issues flying in or flying out. Have a great shuttle service rooms are always clean and they’re very accommodating. Although the only part that needs help is the bartender I know she was very busy and it’s not always that busy. There were 200 flights canceled yesterday. There was no issue checking in or checking out, but I felt the bartender needed a little bit of adjustment. She was very rude to the customers who had been through a very exhausting day. Maybe a smile on her face would make things a little easier other than that I will always continue to come staying because like I said, they’re always very accommodating when it comes to an exhausting day. "The whole reason we paid more for this hotel was for the hot tub before our 5hr flight. The hot tub was colder than the pool! We were told the breaker tripped. How was this not caught? And what would cause this, is a scarier thought. The room was clean. The small breakfast before our early flight was appreciated, and the shuttle went smoothly"
