Had one of the best experiences ever. I would recommend staying there to any and everyone. I was comfortable and very relaxed in this environment. I looked into their sister locations in hopes to continue my experience with this hotel company.

Location was great for the main streets and castle. A hot drink machine which we could use was great too! We were on the 3rd floor which meant a lift to floor 1 and then 4 flights of stairs which we didnt expect. Fridge didnt work in room and place was a bit tired but staff were helpful and location was brilliant.

"Absolutely fab stay. Maybe a bit more expensive than it should be for what’s offered. Room was bigger than expected and very clean. Wardrobe was small but it did the job for one night. Lighting was quite poor for getting ready and the vanity mirror is far too high to be useful. Bathroom was small ..."
