"Excellent communication Easy check in Great property, very central to be able to walk everywhere in Cheltenham. Would highly recommend. Only thing I would say for others is we presumed 3 bathrooms meant 3 toilets, however there is : 1 bedroom with an en-suite shower and two sinks. And then shared between the next bedroom is a tiny shower/ loo and sink. Ground floor there is a large bedroom and huge bathroom with shower and separate bath. Top Longhope Hotel Reviews

De Vere Tortworth Court

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely room comforting bed and large tv very nice grounds"

The Malvern - (Adults Only)

8/10 Good

"Lovely spa, but housekeeping needs improvement Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel has a lot going for it and we had a relaxing time. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The room was not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a hotel and spa of this level, and the rooms themselves are starting to look quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. It is a shame because with better attention to housekeeping and some investment in the bedrooms, this could be an excellent place to stay. We still enjoyed our visit, but the cleanliness really needs addressing."

Green Dragon Hotel

8/10 Good

"We liked the old fashioned grandeur of the place although the halls and doors could probably do with a spruce up. The room was quite large, clean and comfortable with tea and biscuits. The restaurant and bar looked quite nice but we didn’t use them. We thought the breakfast was a bit expensive at almost £40 for two so got some half price locally. We also had to pay £10 for parking nearby. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful though. All in all we had a nice stay."
