"Parking was easy, it smelled clean walking in, my room was clean and very good priced!! (Well worth it) the only thing is it didn’t have an elevator so we had to carry all of our stuff up and for breakfast there wasn’t much options. Overall it was worth the stay, it was clean and very good prices!! "

"Staff terrible not people person very nasty not friendly.you can hear noise from upstairs and kids from college running everywhere, you can hear the train every 1/2 hour it’s very loud and close to the hotel. Not staying there no more "

"First room smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though the hotel is now non-smoking. To their credit, they did switch me to a clean room that did not smell. Be forewarned: the whole place needs a refresh."

"The elevators were not in working conditions. They put us on the fifth floor, and my husband is handicap and we had to walk up the stairs. There was no complementary breakfast to make up for the elevator is not working nor were we offered any type of discounts this was horrible. and the Plumbing in the bathtub was also horrible. The water was not going down in the bathtub. It was filling up."

"Unsanitary filthiest place I've ever been in didn't even have decent curtains up to the windows they were shredded. When addressed hotel staff was the rudest people I've came across I checked out did not stay request a refund due to the condition and it was ignored instead of police were used to threat."

"Hotel and room were good, front desk employee not so much. I tried calling down several times and she didn't answer. I got dressed went down from the 5th floor to be told she was busy. There was NOBODY at the desk except her. I asked if she could let the other rooms know to keep it down as they were kids being EXTREMELY LOUD. She said she would however when I had to call dow an hour and half "

"Ended up arriving in the middle of the night due to late start for my travel itinerary. Woman at the front desk was very nice and worked quickly to check me in so I could get to sleep right away. Other family members have stayed here previously so would recommend. "
