This Unit is clean, bright, and designed for optimal comfort. All utilities are included; Exception EV Charger. Fee to use EV. The Unit is a modern/contemporary design, brand new kitchen with new appliances (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and new Keurig coffee maker) a new bathroom with rain shower head and bathtub, Comfortable queen size bed & Queen Pullout Sofa bed, large closet, beautiful fresh linens and plush towels, DirecTV, Central Heat and AC, Wi-Fi Netflix. Private covered parking for one compact vehicle. Please Note: Please Note: EV Charging unit available at $20, per 4-hour session upon request. Please contact the host to activate the EV service and/or discuss longer-hour sessions.

THE SPACE:
This place is located on .5 acre equestrian neighborhood, adjacent to Sherwood Forest in Northridge, CA. The unit is detached from the main house and fenced separately. This unit is approx. 850 sq. ft, with 10 ft. ceilings. Everything in this unit is BRAND NEW. It was built with an emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. In addition to insulation for energy efficiency, the interior walls of the building contain sound efficiency insulation as well as soundboard insulation. This is to ensure proper insulation and comfort for the guests.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have private access to the property via a secure intercom code, one compact-size vehicle, free secure covered parking (monitored by a motion Ring Camera), and access to the entire unit. Shared Courtyard patio seating area (Drive-Way to courtyard monitored by motion Ring Camera.)

Great get away place!

Quiet neighborhood, privacy and secure place, close to all stores clean and neat, and everything we needed are provided that we did need to contact the host. We would definitely come back again next time we visit Los Angeles!

Quick but cozy overnight stay

Needed a space to stay for a night while visiting family. The unit was as advertised, clean, had everything we needed and it felt safe! The instructions were all very clear and we had no issues from check in to checkout! (: I’ll add this one to my saved places to stay in the future!

Quick Overnight

This was a great and easy spot for a quick overnight in Northridge. Easy to find, comfortable bed, and a quiet neighborhood. The parking was the only challenging thing as our car is not compact and the car in the adjoining spot took up more than their share of carport. The fully stocked kitchen and washer and drier would be a bonus if you stayed longer.

Great VBRO property!

This property was the best VBRO property we have ever stayed in. It was clean and very secure, so we felt very safe. Everything exceeded our expectations. The washer & dryer was a plus. The location was perfect and we will consider staying there again.

Relaxing retreat

We were in dire need of a relaxing place to stay after traveling from Texas to rest and visit with family who live nearby. This place turned out to be a gem! Private, serene, clean and comfortable. The property owners were professional, kind and accommodating. We will definitely book again when in Los Angeles.

CSUN visit

Booked for my son to visit his girlfriend at CSUN. Edwin was THE BEST host, with quick friendly replies to all my questions. My son's feedback: EV charger was extremely handy and appreciated. Easy to get to property, convenient location, no noise, no traffic, good privacy even though 3 units there. More economical option than local hotels, especially if you like cooking your own meals. Kitchen well-equipped and had salt, pepper and spices on hand, but needed to run out for cooking oil. Only one small issue: the glass coffee table is a shin-bonker and something to consider for families with small kids. Otherwise, it was a perfect weekend! Thank you, Edwin & Simon!

Peaceful and Serene

Edwin and Simon have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, quiet, peaceful and accessible. They have thought of all you would need in a home away from home. They have thought of every detail to make sure you have all high tech appliances, beautiful bathroom, beautiful sitting area and wonderful kitchen to make your meals if not eating out. They were thoughtful in the way they designed and maintained this immaculate property. I was staying with them during a renovation that took longer than expected, this place provided me with the peaceful environment I needed and a place close to my home so it can meet with my contractor and still go to work. They are so professional and so knowledgeable in their approach to being hosts. They made sure i had everything I needed for a happy stay. Thank you Edwin and Simon! You’re awesome! The best in fact!

Very peaceful

Nice little updated stay, it was super clean and cozy. The owners were very responsive and nice and it was very quiet. There is no excuse to not get a good night's sleep on this property.

Very nice location and apartment

I used the apartment while training at the Van Nuys airport, which is only 3 minutes away.Very well maintained and clean apartment. They had thoughtfully left everything down to toothbrushes available (in sealed plastic bags). Very comfortable for two people and a child . TV and Internet is available.
