It is modern/contemporary design, brand new kitchen with new appliances (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and new Keurig coffee maker) New bathroom with rain shower head and bathtub; Comfortable queen size bed & Queen Pullout Sofa bed, large closet, beautiful fresh linens and plush towels, DirecTV, Central Heat and AC, WiFi Netflix. Private covered parking one compact vehicle

THE SPACE:
This place is located on .5 acre equestrian neighborhood, adjacent to Sherwood Forest in Northridge, CA. The unit is detached from main house and fenced separately. This unit is approx. 750 sq.ft, with 10 ft. ceilings. Everything in this unit is BRAND NEW. It was built with emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. In addition to insulation for energy efficiency, the interior walls of building contain sound efficiency insulation as well as soundboard insulation. This is to ensure proper insulation and comfort for the guests.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have private access into the property via a secure intercom code, one compact size vehicle, free secure covered parking (monitored by motion Ring Camera) and access to the entire unit. Shared Courtyard patio seating area (Drive-Way to courtyard monitored by motion Ring Camera.)

Great VBRO property!

Edwin and Simon have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, quiet, peaceful and accessible. They have thought of all you would need in a home away from home. They have thought of every detail to make sure you have all high tech appliances, beautiful bathroom, beautiful sitting area and wonderful kitchen to make your meals if not eating out. They were thoughtful in the way they designed and maintained this immaculate property. I was staying with them during a renovation that took longer than expected, this place provided me with the peaceful environment I needed and a place close to my home so it can meet with my contractor and still go to work. They are so professional and so knowledgeable in their approach to being hosts. They made sure i had everything I needed for a happy stay. Thank you Edwin and Simon! You’re awesome! The best in fact!

Booked for my son to visit his girlfriend at CSUN. Edwin was THE BEST host, with quick friendly replies to all my questions. My son's feedback: EV charger was extremely handy and appreciated. Easy to get to property, convenient location, no noise, no traffic, good privacy even though 3 units there. More economical option than local hotels, especially if you like cooking your own meals. Kitchen well-equipped and had salt, pepper and spices on hand, but needed to run out for cooking oil. Only one small issue: the glass coffee table is a shin-bonker and something to consider for families with small kids. Otherwise, it was a perfect weekend! Thank you, Edwin & Simon!
