"The hotel was excellent — new, with an amazing location, just steps from Piccadilly Circus Station. The area around is beautiful. The only downside was that the hotel wasn’t fully finished yet, as it had just opened the day we arrived. The escalators didn’t work, there was no front desk, and no phones in the rooms to contact reception. Despite that, overall, it was excellent."
