"An impeccable establishment in the heart of Mayfair. Safe, secure and within walking distance to all of lifes adventures in and around London. When I recently had issues with the AC, I was swiftly upgraded to another room in the hotel. Travelled to London in August the last 3 years…each stay has been at this beautiful Townhouse."

"This hotel was our favorite stay throughout our whole trip! The service, staff, and the property itself exceeded our expectations in every way. From the warm welcome to our smooth departure, everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the personalized notes and sweet treats left in our room. You can really tell the hotel staff cares about their job and making their guests feel welcomed. I will certainly be seeking out this hotel for any future stays!"

"An incredible property and the most comfortable room ever except it was hot - apparently due to renovations in process. What really made it amazing were the friendly, kind and attentive staff with ready smiles who were so welcoming and eager to make our stay the best. An example of the incredible service is we had some delicious sourdough toast leftover at breakfast and we asked to take it with us. They took it away and we waited - we finally realized they had packaged it up and already delivered it to our room!"
