"We stay here regularly as location is perfect. Staff are very keen to help and support guests with their stay. Some rooms are definitely quieter, cooler, larger/smaller than others so if a particular feature is important then do ask if it’s available. "
"This hotel is located close to Teafalgar Square and to the tube stop, Charing Cross. There are some nice restaurants on the same street for a pleasant breakfast. We especially enjoyed the filtered water stations and the guest living room. "
"It’s 163 old and so elegant and beautiful! The architecture on both inside and out is amazing and to read about the history was mind blowing! The breakfast is buffet style and delicious. They have afternoon tea and offer drinks and small plates for late night in their beautiful bar lounge calls. The Soak"
"My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful.
A wonderful stay and would recommend to all. "
