"We had excellent service during our stay from all staff but especially Lana at the front desk and Jermin the manager. The service was similar to what you would find at a Taj in India. The room was very well appointed and everything was in order. My only complaint is that the building is a bit older so the immediate entrance to our area smelled a little funny but this in no way carried over to our room or any other areas including check in and the main lobby.
