"Rooms are tiny but bed comfy and the staff is extremely accommodating. For the price the location is superior. Very nice vibe."

"The rooms are compact, to say the least, but that is the only drawback to this hotel. Even though the rooms are not large, they are well-designed making optimum use of space (get the largest room available). The hotel is well-maintained, and the location could not be better. Steps from Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, two major tube stations and multiple theatres. Best of all though, is the staff. From the clerks at the front desk to the housekeepers to the baristas, you could not ask for a more attentive, hard-working, and accommodating group. I don’t know if management appreciates how amazing this team is, but they must for they work together like a caring family. You will find more spacious accommodations with fancier accoutrements nearby (The Savoy is a stone’s throw away) but you won’t find a better group of people committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. "

"The hotel is currently under renovation (Fall 3025). This may cause some minor inconveniences to some guests because there is some construction noise. Our room was already renovated. It was very clean, comfortable and looked great."

"If you're looking for the Ritz this place isn't for you, but the hotel is clean, tidy conveniently located within 5 minute walking distance to 2 stations and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, nice Breakfast included, free parking, great value in central London, couldn't ask for more.Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back next time we're in London. "
