"Staff refused us due to my girlfriend being 17 and me being 18 and were willing to take our full payment and deposit that they made us place when we arrived there if it wasn’t for my girlfriends suggestion to get parental permission in an email I would have lost £110 and a £25 deposit "

"The room was really clean and the staff were very nice and polite. The location of the hotel was also very nice and close to the victoria station. However, the single room was much smaller than shown in the photos. The room was on the third floor. There was no lift and the water pressure was not very good. Also, the walls very pretty thin. I could hear the people snoring in the next room. "

"Room was a little smaller than I was expecting and the en-suite bath was also small, but all were clean and well stocked. Very central to very famous sights, easily walkable and right next to a bus stop if you don’t want to walk. Fantastic restaurants nearby and Victoria station is less than 10min walk away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great price for the value! "

"Yes the hotel in a easy access to transport ,but the only polite staff were the reception room very poor sheets didnt fit the bed iv stayed in better hostels ,the staff in the breakfast room very rude if she didnt like you the breakfast wasnt offered ,the are doing the place up but it is very unsafe there the bannister was wobbling as you walked down to the basement definitely no health and safety regulations there and didnt see any fire exits in the basement that i seen . Would not stay here again"

"The double room is really really small that 2 people literally shuffle around . The shower cubicle is best suited to ‘smaller people’ only given 2 towels for the duration of our stay. The bedroom carpet was torn. We arrived for 3pm so we could check in immediately. The room was not ready so we had to wait around in a cramped reception area. "

"This hotel is terrible. The carpets are absolutely lifting. The walls are terrible and there is green molde in the bedrooms. Try to speak the manager and you get a Chinese man pretending he can not understand your problems I can even show you photos "
