The room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the little park and other buildings. Super close to Paddington station which makes getting around easy. The staff was all kind and helpful and they are available 24/7.

"The room was very clean, but very very small. Nowhere to put the bags, which is not necessarily a bad thing if you are doing a short trip. It has no elevators so it was a surprise. You can hear neighboring rooms. But the price can’t be beat. Overall I would recommend."
