The only thing good and accurate about the property was the location. The property was advertised as air conditioned both units were broken and despite three requests repairs were never made. Additionally a notice of insect extermination was left from the prior week. There were bugs in the bed in the bathroom and kitchen. The linens were not changed and ants got into luggage and toiletries. No price concessions were offered. I would not allow this property to post on the site. Communication was poor throughout. Additionally a watch was left at the property but was never found by staff.

I gave this hotel 3 stars bc it’s clean, well-priced, and convenient to Paddington. But the room was small; the only window looked onto a small outdoor space that was covered, so there was little natural light in the room; and the room was right over the tube, so trains rumbled underneath us all evening. The evening receptionist wasn’t that happy about being asked to get us a fan bc the room was warm. But it was fine for one night.
