"One huge issue I have with this hotel and I have started many times here. The check in/check out process is extremely slow and cumbersome. Guests should not have to wait in line for as long as they do. There is massive room for improvement. It reminds me of the queue in LIDL. Hope the management take note."

Easyhotel London Victoria

Easyhotel London Victoria

10/10 Excellent
"The rooms are, as you might expect, tiny, but perfect for a night or two's stay, where you're not going to be using the room much except for sleeping. No kettle, though there are drinks machines in reception. The air conditioning in the room is brilliant, a real plus in the current hot spell. Plenty of cafes locally with breakfast options. Bed was very comfy, and although both bedroom and en suite were small, there is room under the bed to place larger cases. The staff are a real asset to the hotel. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, It's about 10 minutes walk from the nearest underground station at London Victoria, with Westminster around 20 minutes walk in the opposite direction."

"Smallest room I ever stayed in. One little path around the bed and the only hotel I stayed in without offering tissues. But the best part is that they had air conditioning while most of London's hotels didn't. And during our stay the temps hit 32 degrees C. Great staff, great breakfast and clean."
