4 Star Hotels in Mayfair, London

"Location was good for a tourist like us."

"The Shepherd’s residence has several units. I wasn’t sure which one we had booked, until we got there. I had to call and someone came to provide us the keys. It was right across the street from Mayfayre House. The unit is in a great safe location, with several cute outdoor restaurants and if you walk a couple streets, you’re in the area of Mayfayre Area, Buckingham Palace and SoHo. Loved loved the location. Unit #, had 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The unit was modern, clean, full kitchen, very...

"There is no check in at this property and we did not receive a welcome email providing check in details. We arrived and had to find a way to contact the property to then learn our apartment was not available. They sent us to another property of theirs that had barbed wire on the gate. It was not a good experience. "

"Awesome location "

"The property wasn’t found as described on the website, we found ourselves on the top floor without left (first 2 days) "

"This was my second visit to this hotel as it was ideally situated for the places I had to visit in London. Within a minutes walk of Green Park and easy access to all the shops I wanted to visit. The hotel I am told is about to close to undergo major refurbishment, which would not be a bad thing as it is looking a little tired now in some areas. My booking and check in was handled with the utmost professionalism by well trained and polite staff members. I look forward to visiting again once...

"great location! Could not be better located. Staff is generally helpful. Took one conversation to make sure we got clean towels everyday. Overall, property is clean. Good wifi. Kitchen is ok."

"Matthew was excellent! Bob was great at check-in. The property was very nice and an excellent value for the Mayfair district. I hope it’s available the next time I’m in London. "

"This was another great experience for our family in Mayfair. The location is phenomenal and we had zero issues with the home itself. Super quiet and cozy. Super quick to Bond street station (90sec walk), or several minutes to Green Park. Great cafes, shopping and other offerings in the vicinity. Will be back for certain."
