Good price; not enough towels at the beginning (though they did increase as the days went by, not sure why); room smelled strongly of cleaning products; freeway noise is loud; fire alarm went off at 2 am just outside my room.

Parking is always an issue here as every space is only a compact car space. Many work crews overnight here with their work vehicles and this starts a domino effect when their vehicles exceed the amount of space designated, forcing everyone else to do the same. If you can avoid it, don't accept a room facing the 101 highway, unless you don't mind getting much sleep. On the plus side, the property is very convenient for access to Malibu Canyon, Making, Pepperdine University, etc. Rooms are usually fine.

The price is unbeatable. The rooms are ok, the location is amazing. It's a walking distance to a shopping plaza with Starbucks, restaurants and a large grocery store. You can also walk to a small picturesque creek. The highway is right there. A very short drive is an upscale grocery shop and another nice shopping plaza and a little further is Whizzin Plaza - highly recommend for restaurants and shopping experience

This place is the best spot for a quick night stay. Customer service at check in, is very convenient and fast. Thanks again for Jacobs help for welcoming us and being so helpful. This place is a five star for me. Clean, quiet and safe! Parking is accessible all throughout their property.

We arrive late and checking in experience given by Jacob, at the front desk was so welcoming. Jacob was very helpful and made us feel very at home. Our trip to Los Angeles is short for the weekend. We chose this location because we drove through the pacific coast. Given the fact that this Good nite Inn location is very convenient due to being close to the freeway. Our experience overall staying at the Good nite Inn Calabasas is very great full for making the right decision to stay here. I would definitely recommend this location. I want to thank Jacob for giving us an amazing customer service. He is the right fit for this position. He deserves a raise. Hotel cleanliness is 9/10 and Best prices in town. Quiet location and very clean rooms.

My room had plumbing issues and were unclean. The staff did not care including the manager. My sheets were dirty with hair or holes and I was told I would have to pay for clean sheets. After requesting clean sheets that were still dirty. They refused to send someone to clean up. The tub was clogged my room was switched to another one with a clogged sink and dirty tub with hair again. I will not recommend staying there and I will not be returning. I felt disgusted my entire stay but did not want to keep having to inform the staff that could care less.

What haunts me about this property is I can taste the refrigerator in my food. The only reason Im not upset about this property is because it was only 80-100 per night. My toilet stopped up and they gave me a plugger to fix it. The heat didnt work in the room so I was freezing for two days. The power went out in the hotel while I was working.

Picked this place due to price and reviews. However, upon arriving to the room and discovering that it was like an empty dorm room (nothing on the walls, no drawers, etc). It really looked like an empty dorm room! Which was just not really welcoming. The beds were terrible and you could hear the springs when you moved. The pillows…you can’t even call them pillows. The water temp in the shower was luke warm. There were hairs everywhere in the shower and bathroom floor. The towels were in total disarray like they just threw them under the sink. The toilet paper was probably the cheapest scratchiest toilet paper you could buy. The heater was making some loud funky noises in the middle of the night and we had to bang it a few times to stop. The hotel is also right next to the freeway (which yes I knew about) but the room is not well insulated so everything is loud!!! We even took a room upstairs thinking it would be less noisy but you heard every single sound through the front windows as people walked by. We left the TV on thinking it would help with all the noise, but nope! Not really sure how people came up with “excellent” reviews??? We travel a LOT so we stay in a lot of hotels and this was just very disappointing. For the price, I guess it’s a good place to stop if you just need a place to stay for a night. But you won’t get a good night’s rest! We stayed two nights for $236.28. Do not recommend this place!
