No airport shuttle!! So I had to Uber/Lyft from the airport. I selected this hotel as our night before a 8:28am flight and near the Zimmerman Car Museum for the day before. Otherwise, a nice stay, with Mexican food Uber eats (margaritas delivered). Luggage carts were sparse.

I feel like I need to tell this story. The location of this hotel is good, near the airport. Every room I went into was infested with ants. I changed rooms three times, but at the end I found an anthill, so I sprayed shampoo on it and slept there. Please... please clean it and deal with the bugs. Even if you talk about ants, the staff isn't surprised or say sorry. It seemed like a very common thing. It's not just one or two, there are billions of them running around. The sound of bed springs, which I have never heard even in really cheap motels, is a bonus. The staff said it was survival. When you move on the bed a little, the springs make a loud noise. It's a bonus.

I don’t know whether it was this hotel or Expedia, but they seem like the two are in the business of over-selling rooms and then punting the finger at the other in hopes that a customer will be frustrated and not follow-up for a refund.

I loved my stay here for Rolling Loud. It was close to major attractions and the staff was friendly. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking but $20 isn't bad at all. The room was comfortable and so clean. I will be back again.

I find it incredible that an airport hotel does not have a shuttle and especially from LAX where you have to get a shuttle to a separate area to get either a taxi or uber to take you 1.2 miles. Its even more amazing that there are hilton shuttles just none that will take you to the hampton.

They did not have a microwave in the room. I think that should be standard in all rooms! And the room where we were, was at the very end of the hall, which means by the time we would finally get back from the communal microwave downstairs in the lobby our food Would be cold.

Thank you for your feedback, this will help us improve in the future. Every floor has a microwave next to the ice-machine, so you don't have to walk all the way down to Lobby to heat up your food. At the moment, only our King Suite Studios have microwaves inside the room, so just make sure to book that room type in the future if you need a microwave in the room.

This hotel canceled my reservation and I didn’t discover it until we called from the airport at 11:25pm just after landing! No notice, no communication. They claimed they didn’t have any way to notify me. This isn’t the way to treat people.

When our team found out that another reservation cancelled, they attempted to call you back to tell you that they were able to accomodate your stay; however, they were unable to get in contact with you.

No closet space,no drawer space,just 3metal racks that would only fit Barbies wardrobe. Closet space is for 1person and too bad if they have a coat. Microwave is down the hall. Not the Hampton Inn that was. Will not be back.

California in January
My stay was for 7 nights. There was someone always at the front desk to great guests or assist with questions. The cleaning staff was busy throughout the day. They worked diligently to keep the area clean. I was located on the first floor and the noise level was minimal. The view was of the parking garage next door but that was fine. I made the trip to spend with my daughter not to lookout the window. The room was spacious and well kept. There were bottles attached to the wall in the bathrooms for shampoo, conditioner, gel soap and lotion. Again this was fine because those little bottles given never are enough. There was a safe, iron, iron board, coffee, refrig, microwave and hair dryer. However there was no dresser which was weird, only a closet with 6 or 7 hangers. I had a king bed and there was a pull out couch. Very nice overall. Breakfast was presented well. If you left hungry in the am that's on you. The grab and go breakfast was always gone before 6-7 am so I never was able to grab one however the buffet breakfast worked well. The major draw back was housekeeping in the rooms. There is none. If you wanted a service it was by request but they never entered the room. The needed items such as towels or coffee were left outside your door. After a day trip it is nice to have a refreshed room, not everyday but at least twice during a 7 night stay. I think they should revisit the concept of maid service. The outside seating area needs better attention. Overall a good stay!
