"AC didn’t work in our room, no conditioner. Staff provided us a fan to hold us over until they could try and fix the AC. When we asked for extra towels, they delivered them to our room by just throwing it on the bed with the conditioner while we were away. We were given another room a day later and AC was barely working. "

"We love everything about this hotel. The beds were amazing and sheets were clean. Love the bar down stairs. They also have a revolving bar but one MUST get drinks in order to sit there to enjoy the view. The sad part was the pool closing at 7PM which is way too early. The only disappointment was the spa. We got some complimentary LED treatments but no one was there for at least 20-30 mins. "
