"The facility was notably clean. The room offered a peaceful environment, and I genuinely appreciated the quiet during my stay. My sole negative experience involved some front desk staff who exhibited unnecessary rudeness when I posed a simple question."

"Overall, I had a good stay, but there were a few disappointing experiences. When I went to the front desk around 6:00 to ask for a bag of ice, I was told they don’t provide bags of ice. Instead, they asked if I had my own container that they could fill with ice. Unfortunately, I didn’t have anything to put the ice in, which was inconvenient. Another disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay. It was a very hot week, so not having access to the pool was frustrating. The room was also missing basic kitchen supplies like dish soap and a sponge. I had to go to the front desk to request them because there wasn’t any staff available to deliver the items to my room. I also needed an extra pillow and had to pick that up from the front desk as well. Despite these inconveniences, the staff was polite and provided the items I requested. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay, but I expected a few more amenities and services for the price. I would give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars."

"My small complaint was the gym. Needs a little updating, passable if you’re good w dumbbell only workouts. My big complaint is the breakfast buffet. Only one creamer, coffee was lukewarm, not a lot of choices. Pancakes were cold too. But that’s just me. Literal first world problems. The staff was friendly. Knowledgeable. Princess Corrine (irrc) made the kids happy, and that’s big."
