It’s always clean. The owner and his wife are very kind and friendly. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s never disappointing. We love it here and we will continue to book here. 10/10 recommend

The AC make a lot of noise on the first two hours or so after booking in. The place was clean and area was ok but the attitude of the lady and the man at the front desk was not customer friendly.

Sheets were not clean/washed. Towels were torn out. Room layout looked newly renovated with a big tv and electric mirror. Bed frame was steel/iron. Every room had a parking space allocated.

Property is about the best price near LAX. Tge roomb is very basic but clean ok ,no phone/clock in the room. I arrived late and left very early the next morning so it served the purpose.
