"Location directly next to the sand dunes and very nice sandy beach is perfect, if not rather unique on Fuerteventura. The hotel has come into the ages, is not very modern anymore. However, staff are friendly, all-inclusive services all day are sufficient what is needed during a beach vacation. Price is very good if comparing including food, drinks etc which are all included. To be avoided for people who look for a luxurious and modern hotel."

"All good. The only issue I had was I changed the dates back in Sept 2025. I checked last week to make sure the dates were right and they still had the old dates. Luckily I could change them online but had to pay extra."

"Good location and friendly staff except for the men on reception. hotel needs lots of maintenance in rooms and spa area very tired. Food ok but cold if you didn’t go in at start of service and very limited choice."

"Room was okay. Needs more attention to detail. Balcony door wouldnt lock. Half board on this stay, most food was okay, but one evening there was chicken that definitely needed more cooking, lots of food served is from tins (mushrooms)"

"Were pleasantly surprised with the junior suite size and with amenities in the room. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at any hotel abroad and I’ve been to a few. Staff couldn’t of been more helpful if they had tried. Think we will definitely return within the year.!"

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, which made a big difference to our experience. The food was very good, with a nice variety and great quality. The spa was also wonderful, very relaxing and well equipped, making it a perfect place to unwind. We also really enjoyed the cocktails at the bar, which were delicious and well prepared. Overall, we truly loved our stay, felt very comfortable throughout, and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back again."
