"Super clean, excellent service, attention to detail, staff constantly keeping common areas clean and DRY despite unconsiderate guests (all age groups) coming inside dripping wet from the pool. Excellent breakfast buffet with perfect hours, nice happy hour every day. Good location, close to dining options and a 7 minute walk to the closest beach where you get loungers and umbrellas, complimentary for guests."

There wasn't even a hint of a moldy smell, and the gentle, white, crisp decor was soothing. Additionally, the staff's professionalism added value to this resort. You can always expect a warm greeting in Spanish and/or English from employees at all levels. Kenia, at check-in, prepared you for your stay. She enthusiastically shared restaurants and other must-sees. Karla, by the pool, was the icing on the cake. With her historical knowledge about the resort, she took time to ask how my day was going.
