"Great welcome. I was standing in line. A lovely lady approached and guided to check-in with the representative at the counter who had just finished up with a guest. It was very warm and quick. I got a great room on the main level out of the thoroughfare. The room was clean and made up every day with clean towels and linen. The food amazing and no regrets."

"Absolutely spotless room with everything you could imagine. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, air con and high speed WiFi! Was such a lovely treat to have a night here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar has happy hour twice a day (2 for 1) and the staff there are also lovely and friendly. You can book sun loungers the day before which means you don’t have to rush around to find one. Highly recommend, will absolutely be back!"

"We booked the studio, kitchenette and amenities were great. The room looks a bit smaller in real life than the photos. All studios are downstairs, I was hoping for a balcony for more privacy but it wasn’t a choice. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Enjoyable stay overall."

"Nice modern hotel although a couple of flaws in bathroom paint missing from door and badly marked toilet seat otherwise room was nice and kept very clean staff very friendly and helpful pool area nice with plenty of sunbeds The downside was the food not much variation pork on menu every day and salads in a weird dressing I felt the food was not really tailored to English people . Lacking in fresh vegetables and beef lamb and chicken . If the food was improved this could be a great hotel"

"Good location and friendly staff except for the men on reception. hotel needs lots of maintenance in rooms and spa area very tired. Food ok but cold if you didn’t go in at start of service and very limited choice."

"Amazing Our 6th visit I think, only a short visit for 3 days of luxury before moving on to Playa Blanca for a cheap room only deal in our favourite resort. Seaside Los Jameos did not disappoint in any way amazing food and everything so comfortable. Only negative was the weather....not their fault I know... .. but it was a great opportunity to visit Arrecife for a spot of sightseeing and as its only a 10 min taxi drive so doable at anytime and worth the short trip on a cooler day."
