Lotte World Mall

The room was clean but there were no in-room telephone. AC remote and TV remote was only in Korean. I walked into the room and it was 28c. I asked for help but a woman told me to go to the room and someone will be there. My confidence in staff was low. Having the room so hot and no way to cool off was ridiculous. TV has only korean channels. The building has an elevator but staff not helpful. I would recommend looking elsewhere. I have stayed at an other hotel within the area and I would not hesitate to go there. It is not the case for this hotel. Elevators were operational. Doksan station is walking distance but service On line 1 is irregular. The room was not sound proof, I was able to hear a lot from above and from trains without having windows opened.

Staff was very helpful and such great hospitality. There's a fridge with free water during your whole stay, microwave in the lobby to use. The convenience of a CU store right across the street as well was perfect.
