Modern & cosy lakeside house in stunning Loughrea.
Recently refurbished 3 bedroom semi detached house, with plenty of parking on site, FIBRE BROADBAND i, 24 hours CCTV, wireless heating, internet enabled TV's in lounge and dinning room, only 5 min walk to Loughrea spa hotel and easily accessible by walking to the town centre, the lake and local supermarkets . Frequent buses to GALWAY, THE ELECTRIC AND OIL IS PAY AS YOU GO FOR H/W ALSO HEATIN WE TOP UP BEFORE ARIVAL BUT IF EXCESSIVE. A PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.we have a schedule.

we are very close to lake for people who like to walk , no need to get in the car ton go anywhere, town and shops easy 10 min walk . but we dount have the noise from town.

no party'sthe heating is oil and pay-as-you-go contact fir more info if required.
