It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding related to the duration of your stay. We did have two rooms that had water damage due to a guest leaving his water on. We thought we would have them ready, and we did not. We strive to ensure all reservations are handled correctly to keep our guests satisfied and comfortable. We did get your reservation moved to another Marriott and paid for the room for the inconvenience. Clean and quiet. Down fall is breakfast starting at 7 am…many early guests going in and out for local tournaments are not able to experience the benefit of eating as they leave before 7 am.

Italo, it's appreciated that you find our location clean and quiet. Regarding the breakfast we do usually have the complimentary breakfast ready to go about ten minutes early for our guest. I do apologize you were not able to enjoy the breakfast before you left before the tournament. If we know in advance, we do have the staff come in early for tournaments if coordinated in advance. We weren’t greeted in a very friendly manner, ie. “Can I help you with something?” isn’t what I would expect upon arrival to the front desk at check-in. The pool was out of service for two of the three days we were there. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool. Our room was not cleaned or replenished with towels when we were out for the day. We were able to get clean towels upon request at the front desk. The breakfast was subpar, as they didn’t have a lot of options and the food was overcooked. I guess the old saying is true, You Get What You Pay For.

Centrally located, nice hotel room for the price
The room was nice once I got to go in there. I was given a different room and my card didn’t work. I ended up going down to the front desk 2 times and finally she changed my room so I could get access to it. Other than that everything was nice. Clean, a lot of room, comfortable & nice . I will stay there again when I come into town.
