This sophisticated duplex apartment in Quarteira offers the ideal retreat for up to 8 people (max. 6 adults), combining comfort, elegance and a privileged location. This newly constructed Penthouse in a new and modern building is located just 50m from the beach. On the enormous private rooftop, you can enjoy a heated jacuzzi, barbecue, shaded and unshaded areas, dining area, living area and bathroom. It offers the best view of Quarteira beach, both at sunrise and sunset. On the main floor, everything is modern. You can enjoy meals indoors or outdoors. AC is everywhere. Or turn it off, open the doors and enjoy the sound of the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, and the master also has its own private balcony. There are two dedicated parking spaces in the garage, with 1 EV charger. Guests also have access to a private pool in the building. It is located near the beach promenade centre of Quarteira.



It is close to numerous restaurants on the promenade and nearby, and an easy taxi ride or longer walk to Vilamoura marina, or the famous Algarve summer nightlife, not much further. Just 50 metres from the famous 'Quarteira Beach'. The bus station 'Rodoviária Quarteira' is 200 metres away, the 'Intermarché' supermarket is 600 metres away and attractions such as the 'Vila Sol Golf Course' and 'AquaShow' water park are just 5 km away. Loulé Railway Station is 9 kilometres away and Faro Airport is 24 kilometres, facilitating access. For family entertainment, the Zoomarine theme park is 26 km away. It was perfect, the apartment is exactly as described, very clean! Then, we had a peaceful stay through out, no one disturbed us, and we were able to fully enjoy this luxurious apartment in piece and quiet. The neighbor good is very lovely and everything you need is within walking distance. There's hardly any need for a car, except maybe for grocery shopping at Lidl or Continente, or to reach a few high-end restaurants located about 5km away. The beach is right at the foot of the building. Last but not least, I truly appreciated the great professionnalism of the HD properties agency, and from now on, I will Always go through them when renting a holiday résidence.
